Ocean Motion Rental Casa en la playa con piscina cerca Yunque y VSjuan

The property was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of beds for our family of eight. The house is located in a gated community, and we felt safe at all times, even on the nights we returned home late. The home had air conditioning in every room, reliable hot water, and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Beach towels were provided, which was very convenient since they can quickly get sandy and dirty. Being able to wash and reuse them throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. There is a beach within the neighborhood, but unfortunately, the water was too rough for our family to enjoy. We were traveling with children ages 13, 11, 8, and 4, so it wasn’t the best fit for us. However, we were only about 35 minutes from the kiosks in Luquillo, where we found amazing food and a calm beach that was perfect for our kids. The property is also conveniently located near El Yunque National Forest. I also want to mention that the owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful. When she learned that our flight had been delayed and we wouldn’t arrive until after midnight, she had Burger King delivered for our kids through DoorDash. That gesture meant a lot after a long day of travel. The pool was clean and refreshing, and our kids absolutely loved it. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great stay and made wonderful family memories.

The gated community is a bit isolated, so I would definitely recommend renting a car. One thing we found somewhat uncomfortable was that the owner’s sister lives in the same house in a separate room with her own private entrance. At times, it felt a little intrusive, as she would occasionally look through the windows when we arrived home. She also parks in the garage, so we had to work around her schedule when she was leaving in the mornings or returning at night. We had two rental vehicles because of our large family, and since the garage space was being used, we had to park one vehicle on the road. It wasn’t a major issue, but when you’re paying for a rental property, you generally expect full access to the available parking. Overall, the rental worked well for our family during our 7-day, 6-night stay. The home was comfortable and met our needs, and we enjoyed our time there. While the parking situation and shared property arrangement were not quite what we expected, they didn’t ruin our trip. I would just recommend that future guests be aware of these details when booking. I wanna add that she did mention this after we were already at the property.

A nice three bedroom house all on one level in a gated development. Quite comfortable and single level so accessible. Very close to beach gate - beach was fantastic and with very few people. Town of Loiza is non-touristic, but very nice, and relatively easy drive to airport and Old San Juan.

Bed clothes were a little small.

The size of the house was comfortable for a whole family or a group of friends. And the bonus was the pool. It met all my expectations.

Modern, nicely appointed home; comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice in-property pool. Quiet corner lot.

Kitchen was clean but some areas needed a little more care.

Cozy quiet. It was very clean & cozy. It was a home away from home. It served it's purpose. Gated community was a plus. I will go back soon & hopefully I can get the same place

The house missing a few thing to be neat and to have a complete stay, but overall was good.

The house was cozy, clean ,secure and the host was awesome.
