Great location and super friendly staff who were very helpful. They should get a raise.

I do not think the sheets, comforter, pillows were super clean.

The staff were ABOVE & BEYOND our entire stay. They stopped at nothing to ensure we were well cared for.

EXTREMELY basic room; no frills, no ability to use a microwave or fridge (room didn’t come with either). Location was a bit far from shopping, too.

Bad fengshui - toilet floor higher than room, corridor floor higher than room, carpet smelled musty

The staff is gracious - always ready to help.

The duvet smelled like it's been used. Asked them to change the sheets and were assigned a new room instead. It was a hassle.

Clean and comfortable rooms, the staff are accomodating and chill, the food is great, and the overall vibe is relaxing and convenient.

I honestly enjoy staying this hotel .. The staffs are very friendly one thing I loved is they are always smiling 😃 😊 hopefully to comeback again there someday and very affordable.
