Nice room

I had to pick up keys quite far away (probably because of construction works on facade); there was no aircondition just a fan;

It's relatively close to the train station. It's very clean.

I can't recommend this place for several reasons: 1) you have to pick up the keys off site, which adds 1.2 km of walking. They offered to bring me the keys, but only after lots of complaining, not right away. 2) the whole building is under construction. It might not be that bad in winter, but when it's hot and you can't open the window and there's no air conditioning, it's very uncomfortable. Plus there's the issue that you can't sleep with the window open or you'll wake up to construction workers looking in directly at you. The scaffolding is right there. 3) the washing machine doesn't work - it doesn't spin. My clothes were sopping wet and took 2.5 days to dry. There's no sign warning about this.

Convenient location

Mould in the bathroom. Kitchen is pretty basic. Doesn't have a toaster
