Staff super accogliente e disponibile, Febi e suo marito molto amichevoli e pronti a dare buoni consigli. L' hotel è vicino al ferry per le isole mentawai. In hotel è possibile cucinare La struttura è in possesso di giochi da tavolo con cui distrarsi la sera ma fate attenzione quando verrete sfidati a scacchi gli indonesiani sono molto forti.
