Loved everything. It was very spacious, modern, well equipped and in a fab location. There was so much storage, more than we needed. The parking space and pool was a bonus. Don't think the pictures do it justice, it's beautiful.

The water in the pool was really cold 🥶 There is building work going on directly in front of the apartment. There is nothing the owners can do about either of these things.

Walls were too thin and everything was heard from noisy neighbors and needed to keep everything too quiet because of that. English was a bit of a problem. One bathroom door was getting stuck.

We spent 4 pleasant days in this spacious and luxurious apartment, exploring the beautiful town of Granada. The apartment was plentifully furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook simple meals. Three separate bedrooms meant that our party of 4 guests could enjoy their privacy. We did NOT drive, and did NOT use the garage. Access to the apartment from the street isn't intuitive. There's a ramp (and stairs) on the right side (as you face the building), and you go down them to reach the entrance door - which needs a key to open. Even though we arranged with the caretaker to meet us at the property, we had to wait for 10 minutes before he realized we had actually arrived and came down to open the door and let us in. So make sure that's clearly communicated - a lack of English fluency was the major reason for this problem. Also, the lock to the main entrance stuck. It caused a moment of panic. Opening it takes a knack - and after a while, all of us got the hang of it. But until then, it was a scary thought to be locked out with no access! Strange that such a glaring fault/flaw isn't fixed quickly and effectively. Other than this, it was all good. The apartment door itself is a double-lock - you can twist the key twice to lock. Nobody explained this, though. Also, not mentioned on any review clearly is that there's a Carrefour supermarket just a 5 minutes walk away from the apartment where you'll find almost everything you need to cook meals (or even ready-to-eat packaged meals to reheat, if you're in a hurry). Taxis are readily available from the street. And most main attractions are an easy 15-minute walk away. Hope these tidbits of information help make your stay in this lovely apartment a little more comfortable. I also hope the owners add the details to the listing itself, to help other guests. Oh, and fix the main lock of the building so it doesn't stick, please!

In one of the 3 bedrooms, some outside noise came through which interfered with sleep, even though it was not very loud.

It was large, comfortable and within walking distance of the city centre. The facilities were perfect and exactly what we needed as a family of four. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The only slight negative was not having any chairs by the pool, which would have made it more comfortable whilst the children were enjoying the pool. Also, it would have been useful to know we could only use the pool between 11-3 and 5-9.

This property has be one of our favorite apartments we stayed at in Spain. It felt like home with top notch amenities, including the underground parking space for our rental car. The host communicated well, everything worked in the apartment, big TV, strong wifi, elevator in the building, and lot of grocery stores to shop within 10 minute walking distance if you wanted to cook.

Not much I didn't like. The swimming pool was not available at the time of our rental, but no big deal. Apartment was a bit away from many attractions, but still within 20-30 minute walking distance to lots of places we went. Otherwise taxi rides to many places weren't that expensive if we didn't want to walk.
