Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in until 19:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for late check-in after 19:30 as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a EUR 30 fee will be charged upon key collection. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, keys will only be given to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute reservations may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the holder of the credit card used for the booking, please contact the property in advance. Top Lage. Grosser Balkon. Eigener Parkplatz inklusive. Grosse Wohnung.

Keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Ventilator. NIEGENDS!! In der Nacht war es sehr heiss. Die Betten waren sehr alt und sehr Dreckig. Matratze völlig durgeschwitzt. Ecklig. Möbel alle sehr alt und Dreckig. Badezimmer sehr alt , man konnte nicht mal das Fenster öffnen. Für den Preis bekommt man wo anders viel schönere Wohnungen in Benidorm. Auch das Küchengeschier war nicht schön. Kühlschrank waren die Tablare kaputt. Tut mir leid, aber für den Preis kann ich es absolut niemandem empfehlen.

"Lovely apartment and views just shame about picking up and dropping keys, otherwise it was perfect"

Location of property, excellent facilities, felt safe as gated property. Party of 6 had plenty of room and areas to chill so we were not on top of each other all week

Picking keys up and dropping off was horrendous, arrived early after a long journey and made to wait till 4pm before we could collect keys despite someone sitting in the office. Party of 6 all with large cases were left hanging about for 2 hours before they opened the office to give keys. Then had 5-10 mins walk to apartment. No need for this hassle the company should meet you at property to hand keys. Had same hassle getting keys back at end of stay, we got lost going back so walk even longer with luggage. The property was ideal but I will not be booking again due to hassle of picking up keys as distance too far when you have all luggage. First time ever I've had to go quite a distance to pick up keys and it's lasts thing you need after travelling.
