Cosy beach house steps from the sea

Lovely space and easy access. Lovely thought put into sparkling wine and items in the property. Had a wonderful stay

A little difficult to find parking from instructions (maybe I'm just used to following Google maps) but a link would have been easier to follow for me. One roll of toilet paper wasn't enough for 4 people for 5 days. But co-op nearby. Just small things and made not much difference.

So close to the sea, perfect location for a relaxing stay, house was immaculate, it had every thing you could need.

Absolutely nothing.

The cottage was very clean, well decorated, the kitchen well equipped and the beds very comfortable. . We were three adults so had expected to be a little cramped but in reality the property is bigger than it looks in the photos and there was plenty of room for us all.. It is perfectly located for the pier and all the local shops and facilities.

The property is fantastic, we really felt at home! It is well located, cosy and tastefully decorated. It was nice that there were some board games available as well! The host left us a ballon, a rose and some Prosecco as we came on Valentine’s Day, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch!

A very comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay, Good bathroom and bedrooms. Excellent location in the heart of Cromer. The free parking which was included was just down the road and easy to find.

It is a beautiful, characterful property. Nicely decorated and with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the pier but in a quiet street.

Booking.com gave an incorrect PIN for the key safe. The settee was badly stained on one of the arms.
