Maybe the service and also hygiene need to improve especially for the homestay also from their management itself (pool water cloudy).

1. They didnt let us check in on time-3pm. They have emergencies. Delayed for 30minutes. We asked to chek out a bit late. They ask for rm50/hour. We mentioned that we check in late.they delayed their answer. They only reply 7 minutes before 12pm, that we can delay our stay 30minutes. Unfortunately, we already ready to check out. We proceed with check out. 2. They have collected rm100 security deposit by way of online transfer. We gave our account number for refund. They ask for IC. Why we need to give a copy of our IC. What the fish. They can check from our booking and confirmation. Also can check the same name that has transfer the deposit from the transfer receipt and account statement. Why need IC. What ground and what authorities they have to ask for other people IC. If they require us to provide an IC upon refund, they should have write it down clearly in booking.com. it is a scam. What if we do not agree to provide our IC, what will happend?.. They would have keep our deposit. If i know that we have to provide an IC, i wont book the property. 3.Rude- told them that we will lodge a report at booking and police report for not refunding the deposit. They rudely challege us to try report it.
