Location and swimming pool were a really lovely.

Nothing not to like.

Läget är perfekt! Nära stranden och 1 km in till centrum. Lugnt boende med gott om parkeringsplatser.

Vår lägenhet stämde inte överens med bilderna. Det var dåligt med förvaring och badrummet var litet. Vi var tre vuxna och fler hade jag inte velat vara i den lägenhet vi hade.

Die Lage war perfekt. Der Balkon mit Seesicht fantastisch. Die Anlage ist riesig, ist aber dennoch ruhig. Hunde und PP sind im Preis inbegriffen.

Bad: Sehr klein und eng mit Badewannen-Dusche. Kein Lift! Vorfahren mit Auto bis vor Eingang war nicht möglich - ca. 40m Fussweg, dann Treppe zum Eingang und in 2. Stock. Keine Reception! Alle Kommunikation nur privat über WA. Unklare und/oder gar keine Beschreibungen f Wgh.. Bei uns funktionierte praktisch kein Küchengerät. Der Backofen konnte nicht repariert werden. Den Sicherungskasten mussten wir im dunklen Keller suchen. Die Verantwortliche war unglaublich unfreundlich und schrieb Tag und Nacht zahlreiche unverständliche Anweisungen über WA, was wir als sehr belästigend empfanden (vgl hier auch ihre ellenlange Rechtfertigung - so war alles). Effektiv wäre diese Gastgeberin vor Ort gewesen, zeigte sich dann aber erst im Notfall mit Hauswart (gemäss seinen Angaben), der wegen dieser Bewertung nun sehr beleidigende und extrem persönlichkeitsverletzende WA an meine Freundin schreibt. Letztendlich bekamen wir f d vielen Ärger das Upgrade v Fr. 40 geschenkt.

Lovely air conditioned apartment. Great balcony with view of the lake. Location was excellent. Really enjoyed the on site pool. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The mattresses weren't the most comfy but there were plenty of duvets and blankets provided.

Nice location. It was a 15 minute walk into town, 5 to the lake, lovely restaurant nearby. Nice lake view from balcony, use of pool. Plenty of towels left out. If we had a problem the just was quick to get back to us. Very clean.

In hindsight a washing machine and oven would be good when renting for a week. Bring a plug extension if you have teenagers as not a lot of sockets for charging phones. If you have small kids take out the key from bathroom door as it can get stuck

La struttura dispone di diversi servizi come la piscina ed il bar, il market in realtà è lo stesso bar che fornisce qualche utility a prezzi esorbitanti. L' appartamento vista lago è carino ma necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione in più (ad es. serranda che faceva fatica a chiudersi, maniglie delle porte che cadono, luce in bagno incerta..). La posizione è a 15 min a piedi dal centro di peschiera.

L'accoglienza potrebbe essere migliorata. Abbiamo finito la carta igienica il primo giorno e ci è stato risposto che la fornitura è solo "iniziale" e per un soggiorno di sole 2 notti non mi è sembrata una risposta appropriata. Eravamo in 5 e le amenities in bagno erano a stento per una persona. Avremmo gradito molto un po' d'acqua in frigo e qualche cialda di caffè in più. Il divano letto scomodo ed estremamente rumoroso. Il condizionatore perdeva molta acqua sul balcone nostro e dei vicini. Al netto del rapporto qualità prezzo direi che ci sono molte cose da migliorare
