절대절대가지마세요!!!!!까미노데산티아고 하고 쉬다가 레온을 구경하고 저녁을 먹고 샤워를 하려고 했더니 뜨거운물이 안 나와서 요청했으나 아무런 조치가 없었고 직원은 영어를 하나도 못하고 스페인어도 조는지 자는지 취했는지 전혀 못알아듣는 척을 해서 샤워도 못 하고 잤슴다. 1시 넘어서까지 실랑이를 벌이고 보일러를 고쳐보려고 AI랑 싸우다 늦잠을 잤는데 아침 8시 좀 넘어서 밖에서 올라올라 아저씨가 소리를 질러서 너무나 놀라서 심장마비 수준으로 잠에서 깨서 아저씨를 맞이했습니다. 20분이나 걸려서 고쳤고 아침을 먹고 들어와서 좀 자려고 하는데 또 갑자기 다른 아저씨가 (이미 몇시간 전에 문의했고, 없다는걸 깨달아서 이미 밖에서 사마심)커피캡슐을 준다며 문을 두드려서 잠에서 또 깼습니다….. 진짜 화가 치밀었는데 그게 끝이 아니였습니다. 커피캡슐이 자기 카고바지 청바지에서 한 서너개, 또 다른 후기주머니에서 한두개…그리고 그 손에는 꼬질꼬질한 장갑이 껴있어서 환장하는줄 알았습니다… 그리고 이제 이 불쾌한 경험을 공유하며 어느정도 부분환불을 요청했으나 전혀 문제 없었다는둥 제대로 처리가 됐다는둥… 너무나 실망했습니다. We were there after Camino de Santiago, and main issue was that there was no hot water in the apartment. After 9 PM, I followed the instructions provided and contacted the emergency number for assistance. Unfortunately, the response was extremely poor. The person I spoke with could barely understand English, and although I communicated in Spanish as well, they were unhelpful and often did not respond properly at all. What disappointed me most was the attitude and lack of professionalism shown during the entire interaction. At times, I even felt mocked or disrespected because I was a foreign guest. I was told that someone could only come at around 10–11 AM the next day. However, maintenance arrived unexpectedly very early in the morning, like 8ish which woke me up suddenly and forced me to respond and receive him immediately without proper rest. The issue itself was fixed within only 20 minutes. Additionally, there were no coffee capsules provided in the apartment. We had to go out to buy breakfast and coffee ourselves. This is totally fine but while we were finally trying to rest, someone repeatedly shouted “Hola, hola” from outside to get our attention, and a young man handed me a few coffee capsules taken from his dirty gloves and pants pocket. I found this extremely unprofessional and disgusting. After check-in, there was also virtually no communication or proper customer care from your side.

La ubicación era perfecta, la persona que nos atendió desde el primer momento encantadora y muy atenta. Nos facilitó dejar las maletas hasta que salía nuestro Ave, y la hora de entrada fue antes de las 16h ya que estaba disponible el apartamento. El estudio tiene de todo, y la ubicación es excelente para ir en tren y moverse por el centro. la única pega es la escasez de limpieza.

La limpieza era bastante mejorable, el plato de ducha le falta una limpieza más profunda, en la nevera , microondas estaban marcados todos las manos de los huéspedes anteriores , una capa considerable de polvo en los rodapiés debajo del radiador, ventiladores … las sábanas estaban lavadas pero con una mancha que no tenía pinta de quitarse. En mi opinión le falta una limpieza profunda más a menudo.

No tiene persianas y aunque si tiene un store opaco, este no está pegado al cristal y entra la luz en la habitación desde bien temprano

A 15 minuts a peu de l’estació de trens i a 10 minuts a peu de la catedral. Espaiós i molt ben equipat. La Marta disponible en tot moment i molt amable. Tot perfecte.
