Το διαμέρισμα ήταν απλά υπέροχο με highlight τον εξωτερικό χώρο. Η πισίνα δεν είναι τεράστια αλλά δεν πιστεύω ότι χρειάζεται κάτι παραπάνω για 2-3 ακόμα και 4 άτομα. Ιδανικό για 3 ενήλικες. Ο οικοδεσπότης νομίζω τα είχε σκεφτεί αν όχι όλα, σχεδόν όλα. Το να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά του διαμερίσματος ήταν πανεύκολο με τις οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το διαμέρισμα έχει τα πάντα, από προιόντα περιποίησης, κατσαρόλες, πιάτα , ποτήρια κ.λπ. Σίδερο και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Ενώ δεν υπήρχε πρωινό κατά την κράτηση μου, υπήρχαν στο διαμέρισμα 3 ήδη καφέ, τσάι, φρυγανιές, μέλι, βούτυρο, μαρμελάδα και σίγουρα ξεχνάω και κάτι. Σαν καλωσόρισμα υπήρχαν στο ψυγείο υπέροχα σταφύλια, ένα ωραιότατο μοσχοφίλερο, παστέλια και σύκα. Barbeque στην αυλή επίσης με όλα τα παρελκόμενα ψησίματος. Λάδι και τα βασικά μπαχαρικά βρίσκονται επίσης στο διαμέρισμα. Δε θέλω να ξεχάσω τίποτα γιατί πραγματικά το κατάλυμα είχε παραπάνω πράγματα απ' όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος. Μέχρι και 2 σημεία με σκιά υπήρχαν στην αυλή για να μη σε χτυπάει ο ήλιος το πρωί. Αναλυτικές οδηγίες υπήρχαν για το κάθε τι μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Υπήρχε επίσης κλειστό πάρκινγκ, για το οποίο το μοναδικό πράγμα που θα ήθελα να πώ είναι ότι ήταν στενό για ένα μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο, σαν απλή ενημέρωση. Για ένα μικρό βολεύει μια χαρά. Κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης αλλά λίγο μακριά απ' την παραλία. Pet friendly. Τι να πρωτοπώ ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Το μοναδικό που θα ήθελα να ήθελα να προσθέσω για να γίνει ακόμα καλύτερο το κατάλυμα είναι η καθαριότητα της πισίνας που βέβαια ίσως και να είχε φυσήξει νωρίτερα. Το πάρκινγκ που είναι λίγο στενό, απλά προς ενημέρωση όχι σαν μειονέκτημα. Τίποτα άλλο.

Het was een fantastische accomodatie om te verblijven, alles gewoon! Binnen had je alles van doucheproducten tot keukenmateriaal, elektrische rolluiken, airco,... heel goed geslapen je hoorde zo goed als niks. Buiten was het echt wauw, je kon zitten op terras of in het schommelend ei, ligzakken het was geweldig. De kers op de taart was het zwembad op het dak, zalig!! Je had ook prive parkeergelegenheid. De locatie was fantastisch. Op nog geen 10min was je in het centrum. De zee was ongeveer een dikke 20min maar goed te doen. De host was zo vriendelijk, reageerde snel op berichten en was zeer begripvol. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier!

Absolut perfekt - sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und super ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist definitiv ein Highlight mit dem privaten Pool und sehr viel Fläche (Sportbereich, Chill-Area, Liegen). Check-in war sehr einfach mit Schlüsselbox und die Vermieter sind unfassbar hilfsbereit, sehr schnell erreichbar & einfach nur toll! Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und nur dank ihrer Hilfe konnten wir weiterfahren - sie waren sofort zur Stelle und haben uns bei allem unterstützt! Absolute Herzensempfehlung!

Gibt absolut nichts.

Excellent outdoor space. Loved the pool. Great to cool off in the evening. Well thought out outdoor space with a good location. Walking distance to Kalamata square, supermarket nearby, and private off street parking.

Small ‘penthouse’. Suitable for a couple rather than family. When sofa bed was opened, difficult to move through the space. Needed to reorganise the furniture of the living room to make it work. One air-conditioning unit in the apartment. Not in the bedroom. Needed to be on the opposite wall to effectively cool everyone at night. Would have loved access to a washing machine! This would be great for a family. Some general maintenance/gardening required. Lots of weeds coming through the paving outdoors. While not a major concern, considering this is a ‘penthouse’ and not exactly cheap, the appearance should be maintained. Also, dog on floor below. Every time we would use the lift, enter or exit the building, there was constant barking which became annoying after a while.

Ηταν ολα υπεροχα, οπως ακριβως το φανταζομασταν!! Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, κεντρικα αλλα ταυτοχρονα πολυ ησυχα, οτι πρεπει για ηρεμες και ξεκουραστες διακοπες!! Λατρεψαμε το καταλυμα και θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε σιγουρα! Ενα μεγαλο ευχαριστω στον Κυριο Κωνσταντινο που σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε ηταν διπλα μας, ευγεναστατος και με πολυ γρηγορη ανταποκριση !!

Πολύ προσεγμένο και μοντέρνο. Καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Οι παροχές απίστευτες. Σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε σε φίλους

Gorgous apartment! The outside space is exceptional and the pool is just perfect. A great place to stay and the owners are extremely quick to reply if you have any questions.. Would highly recommend this wonderful little place!

It was all perfect.

This lovely property is a charming oasis offering a place to properly relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Greece. Sunbathing, reading a book in the shade then cooling off in the small pool it was delightful. The owner provided a generous welcome pack of goodies and most of the basics needed when self catering. There is a large fantastic supermarket a short walk away and we enjoyed popping into a really good coffee shop for our Iced Fredo cappuccino’s on route! We did not want to leave.

Nothing to dislike.
