Playa Bastian first line of the sea

Convenient location , clean and tidy enough space and utensils to cook if needs be , decent shower , plenty of options around having already stayed 10 days locally before booking this we had a fair idea of the area . Quiet complex with private pool and a mix of English and Spanish residents and guests 5 min to nearest jida play park x2 , 10-15 min walk to costa teguise along the beach path . Convenience store within 100 metres also worth a visit are Sausalito restaurant 50m, Emperor Chinese 120m , for sports on screen Monica’s bar 200m and Crown Bar 200m , Costa sports bar in costa teguise friendly and good for a pint and midday snacks with a good park out front for the little one’s (fenced). A little further to walk is the Black bull for some decent English style food.

The sofa bed as a sofa in the living room was un comfy as a chair (bolt upright) made it hard to chill and watch telly on an evening.

Great location and beautifully quiet resort. Comfy beds and plenty of towels for inside and out.

Very small living room which has obviously been halved and partitioned to make a second bedroom. This was fine for us as the weather meant we were mostly outside but in the winter months it may have been a bit too small inside.

Perfect location. Nice walk along the sea front to get to the main square where the shops and bars are. Taxi ride is only €3.50 if not fancying a walk. Great outdoor space which led straight to a beautiful clean pool.

We were a party of 6 and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights and to be honest that was about as much as a middle age back can take

The apartment was well equipped - washing machine, microwave, kitchen equipment, hair dryer etc. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively modern. The pool area was pretty and well kept but the pool was far too cold.

The photos on booking.com were obviously taken years ago. The entrance area is very shabby with a grille hanging off the wall and plaster peeling off the walls. Inside the apartment is very tired looking and has not been painted in a long time. There are marks on all walls and the skirting is filthy. The sockets are dangerous - the plate in the twin room fell off so could not be used. One socket in the double room had no plate. The smoke alarm needs replaced as it has been painted in an attempt to freshen it up. The front door rattles and we had to place a chair under it each night to allow us peace to sleep. There is insufficient social space in the indoor living area for four adults. The outdoor patio furniture has cushions which don’t fit properly and look dirty. The apartment was unclean - cobwebs, dust balls and hair balls in both bedrooms.

Lovely apartment with outdoor seating and a pool which was nice and quiet . Plenty of storgae in bedrooms with all the amenities

Brilliant location on a quiet, well maintained complex.

Parts of the building were a little run down near entrance to the flat. Not enough hooks to hang towels in bathroom so was hard to get them dry

Clean comfortable apartment with kitchenette and washing machine toaster and some oil salt etc for cooking and some cleaning products for washing clothes dishs . Near the bus stops and 15 min walk to costa Teguise along by the sea which was lovely. Every thing was near by supermarket and excursions although both were quiet expensive. Lovely pool and quiet area . Our appt 16b was right beside the pool and if you like staying beside pool sun loungers we’re not an issue. Very near small beach , maybe 5 mins away. Loved our apartment. Loved hire bikes and cycle along the coast very safe mostly.

No aircon but kinda got used to the humidity after a couple days. There were big fans which helped somewhat. There was a man banging on our door at 2.30 am one night and ringing the door bell but I didn’t answer . Think he got the wrong apoartment ,But seemed very safe otherwise .
