Location

Great alternative accommodation. We were going to the sphere and it was good walking distance. This is a really nice easy access smaller hotel. We moved over to a well known Strip hotel after the concert, waited in line for 30 minutes to check in and our hotel room is 2 lifts and over a mile walk to the car park. Check at Ellis was friendly and no waiting, parked right near our room and the casino.

The renovations

AC was loud

Close to the strip and not to much traffic.

The pool was dirty or had alot the stuff from the trees in the water.

It was just three or four blocks from the Sphere. Also, I will note that we had an overnight flight delay and upon a phone call they held the existing reservation despite the ‘no show’ on the first night. They really didn’t need to do that per the booking rules, but they went out of their way which was appreciated. The food in the restaurant was also really good at very reasonable prices.
