The staff, very understanding

I was really put off with the severe DO’s and DON’T’s that were emailed, texted and message on Booking to me. It included a statement that if you break the rules you will be “considered to be trespassing”. I felt nervous and unwelcome.

Staff were great helpful and the beds were soft

Quiet and secure

All was excellent and up to standard

The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything, from the morning cleaning and washing machine to every word your neighbors say. With only one bathroom shared among three rooms (and the toilet is inside), you often have to wait a long time to use it. The room was cold, and the bed was very small. Even though I’m petite, it was a tight fit. Additionally, there was a lot of dust in the room, making it difficult to breathe. One night was more than enough.
