The caravan was clean and cozy. Ideal location

Amazing caravan best wev stayed in. And so close to beach arcades and fantasy just across the road

This was great for parking on the small patio area in front of the caravan, since we were visiting as a couple. Friendly communication from the host. The caravan had a spacious living area.

Unfortunately myself and my partner felt a little disappointed with our stay, due to a number of reasons. We felt that the price paid for our stay wasn’t great value for money given the facilities, and we feel that we would be reluctant to stop again in the future. This is a real shame because the host was lovely. A few issues we faced are: - No plug sockets next to the bed. This was very inconvenient since many people have the need for plug sockets next to the bed to charge mobile phones, watches etc. - No wifi. We were aware this was stated on the listing however it would be great if there would have been WiFi available given the price we payed to stay. - Shower pole broken. Upon attempting to have a shower the shower pole kept slipping out of the holder in the shower which made it incredibly difficult to shower when the shower head kept slipping down on your head 😅 - Thermostat for the central heating appeared to not be switching off when up to temperature. We had to switch the boiler off and back on to stop the heating from coming on constantly which was not ideal and was an inconvenience that shouldn’t have happened. - Double bed in the bedroom. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable to which the first night my partner chose to sleep on the sofa rather than the bed. This is definitely an important improvement for future guests as we were contemplating leaving and finding somewhere else given the issues we faced already in the evening we arrived. It was lovely that bed linen was provided, however to make the mattress even a little bit more comfortable, we had to put an extra duvet on the mattress and sleep on that. - Main bathroom mirror. There were toothpaste splatters on the mirror upon arrival, clearly from previous guests. In general we were disappointed with our stay due to the facilities as noted above, and felt that our stay was not worth what we paid.
