Very new, clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment

Good location close to restaurants and cafes and shops v quiet building felt secure. The apart had everything one needed and was v clean. I asked if I could come back the following few weeks to stay again at the apartment but got no reply.

Very hard mattress needed a mattress topper On my last 2 days it was raining constantly after a four day stay I asked agency to help book a taxi to take me to local train station it was over 10 mins walk in strong rain with my suitcase. It was Because I could not use my what’s app data to make a phone call. They refused and said they would not do this. I went early to cafe and the waiter helped me out, so kind. It was a very disappointing interaction with the staff at the rental agency. When I arrived I needed a map and a very kind agency staff member delivered a map with extra pillow slip as the pillows provided were vey flat. There were different sizes in cupboard.

Very nice place, clean, quiet, well furnished, excellent location. I’m grateful.

The accommodation could be entered both by password and key which was very practical. Also the location was perfect since it only took 10 min to go to the trainstation and you were right in the center.
