at the shower could be cleaned so that the lines are white again. Second bad / sleeping couch could be in living room so if there are 2 or 3 persons could be separated in 2 rooms, since the space is so big. Also there should be a sun shade on the living room window.

Julia was wonderful and responded to texts immediately. The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything and yet nice and quiet. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows.

The shower did not drain properly Snd water would get all over the floor requiring us to dry it with towels every time we used it. I did notify Julia and she said she would fix it.

Great location and spacious appartment, good value for money. We had several problems with the toilet and the electricity tripping and the host sorted them quickly.

Strange that you can't actually see outside. There are only velux roof windows and it's quite disorientating not to be able to see the street, the weather etc. (we didn't quite realise this when booking). Also if you try to use two different appliances at once in the kitchen it trips the electricity. It's also really hot at night as the heaters seem to come on randomly. There are no instructions for the appartment or recommendations - a simple guide for local restaurants and sights would have been appreciated.

The apartment is located in the center with the building having access to the main street. It was quiet, spacious and clean. Communication with Giulia was pleasant. I had a smooth check-in. She agreed with an earlier check-in, for which i am grateful.

It was spacious, great location, hostess was helpful and responsive. Toiletries were provided. Had access to streaming services.

No cold air in the aircon unit as the landlord doesn't allow that in the winter (we get hot easily and the only source of ventilation were sky lights that kept shutting due to rain). Constant beeping from the power unit when using the stove. Espresso machine was faulty as it made noise and water was leaking from it (it had a tray under it so the owner likely knows of this). Shoe rack was broken. No ventilation in the bathroom. Weird design choice to install the TV and put the sofa where you have to crane your neck to watch. Overall fine for off peak prices but would not have paid full price it's listed as during peak season.

In the middle of Palermo old town. Every important point worth to visit is in range max few hundert metres. Apartment is large, very comfortable and clean. You step out to from Apartment to one of most live Street during late evening Via Maqueda.
