The location was excellent. The lift in the apartment was winner for our elderly friend. The sitting room furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. We had a small problem with the TV on arrival. Brian answered my text immediately. He was very helpful.

The wardrobe in the double bedroom smelled damp. We didn't use it. The hangers need replacing. The washing machine would not drain. The lights over the dining table are too harsh.
