I did not expect much. I know the tariff was good. When I phoned on arrival, it seemed as if I was at the wrong place...just a "hello". I had to explained twice that I was at the gate, and that they need to open it as I had a booking. I did not know that I had to share a bathroom with other guests! I do understand that it was said in the bookings.com app BUT it needs to be stipulated out more! This is ridiculous. I do not think that it can be permittable. I think one can only share a bathroom if you go camping!

Everything! The sharing of the bathroom with people you do not know. The fan did not work. The bath had a hole in it! The bathroom rugs are dirty.

That your security guard would not open the gate to enter was a big issue!. It's not a self-catering place therefore a person must be able to go out and eat somewhere else.

Breakfast was amazing I enjoyed it, well served and we'll presented 🥰🥰

Maybe if you can start serving dinner and add welcome drinks or a bottle of wine in rooms

The employees were friendly

They need to fix the plumbing as their basin blocks and someone could hear or know when you are using water. I also feel like the employers were a little bit racist I say this because of how they welcomed us, it was different from how they welcomed white people. They couldn't even greet us.
