Staff, clean, internet and location

The hosts were very responsive and eager to help all the time, asking if everything is fine, giving suggestions on how to find your way around and making sure your stay is good. The apartment is located near a green market, bakery and a bus station in front of the building. Close to the center too. Clean and quiet, basic things for your stay are provided - towels, hot water, utensils, coffee machine, microwave etc.

The wifi was working fine but the internet was too slow at times

The appartment was clean and spacious and had all the necessary essentials. The bed was very big and comfortable. Nice modern decor. The location was OK.

It was like a basement without a window to the world. The only window was overlooking a closed patio where people where smoking. There was no door to the bedroom which made evenings difficult with little kids. Also if someone was using the bathroom at night, they were waking up the rest of the family with the light and the noise if the fan.

The host provided a very nice list of recommended restaurants and cafés. We tired a few of them and all were great!

The parking situation in the neighbourhood is very dificult

The shower was broken and kitchen was also not clean.

The host was very organised and had contacted us with detailed access instructions making it a seamless arrival. The property was very clean and extremely well presented. Water pressure was great! The cleaner was friendly too, suggesting a great focaccia recommendation as we were leaving the accommodation, which was 10/10!

Main bedroom bed was extremely hard and pillows too high.
