"Disgusting and disappointing."

The place was filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere. Stains on the curtains, towels and carpet. Bits of food stuck to the mirror and sofa. Mouldy food, crisps wrappers, cobwebs and dust behind sofa. Cobwebs and dust. Many of the facilities not working such as the toaster, washing machine and dryer. Cloudy water out of the taps. Left over food in the freezer. No welcome pack just a hand written note with no details of the area or the property. Take photos before stay or they will charge you for stains that was already there. Limited parking... Tight squeeze for small car. Balcony had small broken table with no chairs.

Location, cleanliness, dirty white goods, tumble dryer broken, Tele not working, toaster not working, cobwebs, flies, broken shower. Response from owner and management company.

"Very peaceful place but lacking in comforts and updating"

The actual complex was delightful. Peaceful and beautiful. Easy to drive out and get to most places. Good roads right from entrance

"Lodge 7"

The scenery was nice and it was quiet and pleasant and had a good sized kitchen.

Although it was presented clean, there were stains on the carpet and blinds. The bathroom shower was unusable as the head is worn and would not stay upright. The shower rail had been repaired with sellotape. If you have any vehicle bigger than a standard 5 door hatch, you will struggle to get to the lodge and you will not be able to park anything bigger than a large hatchback next to the lodge. This is also the only lodge with no wi-fi too.
