Lokacija je vrlo dobra, blizina mora, pristaništa, šetališta, restorana i autobuskih linija. Zgrada je nova. Pogled sa terase je divan. Apartman je sa ukusom uređen.

Nedovoljno peškira za potrebe višednevnog boravka. U slučaju prohladnih noći nema pokrivača. U kupatilu tuš nefunkcionalan. Rojevi komaraca koji se pojavljuju gde je vlažno.
