Apartment was very poor dirty & very uncomfortable

Bedding + towels & soft furnishings very musty smelling couldn't open windows as we had cats coming in

Location very good

No safe in the room

Area was great,complex was lovely.locations was great.

Apt,pictures of balcony were of sunshine,sea and sunsets,which I was so looking forward to,but balcony was completely shaded but massive trees,so no view and no sun,if there had been sun and we needed the parasol ,it was disgusting so dirty and full of holes, there were traps for cockroches but we found lots of baby ones,sockets were Coming off the walls,my husband took lots of pictures but lost his phone in airport,if he gets it back I will try and add them here,I did send an email to the people that look after the apt,but got a nasty one back.it was false advertising with pictures of sunsets,sea and sun.i love trees,but pictures show no trees,no sea view no sunsets as wsa advertised.as for comments from agent,saying why did you need parasol when you said no sun on balcony,we did not need it but it was filthy and full of holes,should not be like that The pictureswith the trees,,our apt was directly behind them.

Location was great

Very tired and in need of a deep clean and repairs. No wardrobe space as it was full of spare furniture, part of a bed and pushchair.

Excellent location - central to beach, bars and bus routes. Shower was good - powerful and plenty of hot water. Resort pools were clean, good space & choice of sizes. Thankful there were no cockroaches in bedroom.

Basic furnishings - bathroom needs an upgrade. Kitchen/lounge & bathroom had cockroaches - kitchen was very bad (bought own spray to try & combat but didn’t help!). Made spending time in apartment uncomfortable.

Location was great. Complex was very nice. Everything was clean. The apartment was spacious for a 1 bedroom and the balcony was big enough. The room and facilities are fairly basic (ie towels, bedding and glasses etc) however this didn’t affect us at all and was expected. For the price, I don’t think you’ll get anything this good, I stay here every year at least once a year and this is the best value property I’ve stayed in for the last 13 years.

The check in and check out probably needs to either be refined a little or you need to expect you might have to wait for key handover. We were delayed through passport control and they couldn’t hand over at the delayed time (they manage quite a few properties and had another check in half hour after my original request). It wasn’t a big deal to us but I can see that some people wouldn’t be so happy about it.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach, close to supermarkets, bus stop. The sun shines on the terrace in the afternoon.. The host allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day.
