USI wasn't sure what to expect in a granny flat, but this was roomy and comfortable. Upon entry, there were no beds visible; turns out two of the mini couches unfold into beds and the one I used was really comfortable--firm, which I like, and surprisingly roomy. There is a separate bathroom as well as another room that has the washer/dryer, fridge and microwave. TV worked well, WiFi was good for work, A/C and ceiling fan kept temp well regulated, good parking, quiet surroundings out in the country less than 10 miles from town (Marysville) and gated for security. There's a hot tub and small pool, neither of which I had time to take advantage of. Guests can also relax outside under a gazebo, which would be nice in the evenings to take advantage of the breeze.
Having used credit cards for every other lodging for decades, I was surprised that while Booking takes your card to make the reservation, the property does not accept plastic as payment. It's cash only. Thinking it was a scam, I questioned this and finally found that Venmo will be accepted. Not a huge deal; it was just way different than what I'd experienced elsewhere, but rest assured that it's legit.
USIt is closer to the highway than I wanted but my wife booked it for me so not the owners fault at all. I did speak to him, pleasant and accommodating.

Couldn't get BBQ to work and that was only source besides microwave so went to my storage unit to get more things to be able to cook bed was a fouton

USUSIt was a great, secluded type of area right off the road. Super easy to get to town and back. Very cozy. Very welcoming. I love how there’s a variety of pull outs to sleep on. Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or pool but that’ll definitely be on the bucket list next time.
