Proximité du centre-ville, des plages, des activités diverses et variées. Accueil, gentillesse et flexibilité des hôtes. Tout équipé (cuisine + salle de bain + lave linge). Très bien rénové. Place de parking visiteurs. Très calme. Quartier résidentiel aisé. Idéal pour voyage en solo. Climatisation.

Le lit est un peu petit en longueur pour les grands gabarits. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas totalement les fenêtres.
