No Stars - Signature Residences

Everything was modern and new and ergonomic. There was no clutter. We loved theblack& white color scheme. The kitchen was well equiped. The toilet had an attached little shower. Importantly, the airconditioning worked perfectly. We loved the wrap around terrace overlooking the stadium. Watching the athletes work out in 30+ degrees was amazing.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

Great brand new place. Very nice large balcony overlooking a football and gymnastics field. There's a pocket to park a few motorcycles in front of the building. (Though it's probably not allowed, we didn't get yelled at or anything.)

A bit far from restaurants.

Clean, modern apartment with pleasant deck, comfy bed, hot shower and clothes washer too!. Near town, walkable to dining and shopping. Responsive host. Very nice place.

Would have liked darker window coverings for room darkening to sleep in a little longer. With the washer a clothes drying rack would be nice. Minor issues. I would still stay again in a heartbeat.

AMAZING!! Super new, perfect clean and best location in the center. The personal is so nice and its automatic check in with a code so its so comfortable. The bed is huge, the kitchen complete equipated and for sure one of the best options of Ioannina for a great price. We Will come back everytime we come to this city..trully recomended!!
