Nothing. I was booked into the other cheap hotels by this owner as this place is currently doing pest control. They should have canceled my booking or told me early of time so I can book a different hotel.

Everything was an epic fail.

The location was great and the front lobby staff were very courteous!

The furnitures were not very comfortable. It was not cleaned up well for instance the bathroom, the toilet seat was very wobbly, shower curtain was dirty, the under-sink kitchen cabinets were stinky. The AC was leaking from inside.

The location was the best! It was close to everything! Haven’t been back in Cubao for more than 25 + years so everything about the area is new to me.

The Pool Attendant at night! 1/8– He seemed to have trained from guarding gestapo —No ounce of customer service in his character! He could have been more helpful and Kinder! Work on his customer service skills and avoid saying he is just doing his job, isn’t his job finding solutions too??? Making it easier for guests to enjoy there vacations?????

The room is comfortable, clean and cozy. There are kitchenwares available for the guests to use. The location is a walk away from the malls and convenient stores. It is only2 blocks away from.the smart araneta coliseum. The host is responsive and accommodating. The concierge and building staff are helpfull and friendly.

The hot & cold shower was not working. Delay of host's responses through the booking app messaging option. we had to wait for more than an hour at the lobby. i got a prompt reply only when i remembered to call the registered number of the host.

The location of the Condo itself is very nice coz its near to a lot of stores and Malls.

This unit specifically stated that it has a queen and a king bed but turns out when we got there its only 1 full bed. We have a hard time sleeping coz all three of us didn't fit on the bed at all. In addition to that the bed has a very frustrating sound that when you only move a bit it makes a noisy sound as it is an old fashioned bed with a springs in it so its not comfortable at all. They didn't have a water heater which we just found out when we got there. The owner showed up brought a technician end up doing nothing at all. She did even told us to just use the water kettle whis has the size of i guess 500ml only 🙄 . So the whole stay was quite frustrating as you have to heat water manually everyday for us to be able to take a bath. The bathroom is dirty, even the fridge and the microwave is so dirty that I have to clean it first before I used it. I hope owners of this kind of profiting business do knows how to accept opinions and even complains from the guests coz the stay is not for free at all. We are paying so of course we are expecting that what we all read here and specifically stated but not just the photos, is what we eally get.

I recently stayed at Sereene City Stay due to some unexpected flooding and a power outage in my area. Having experienced another Airbnb just before this, I can confidently say that Sereene City Stay was a superior choice. The WiFi was impressively fast, which made working remotely a breeze. The place was spotless and well-maintained, and its convenient location near stores, malls, and restaurants was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly approachable and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!
