Guests staying for 5 or more nights will need to make a prepayment deposit of 10%. Reservations that have not received the confirmation deposit will be canceled 7 days prior to check-in. The property will provide further instructions upon booking. Please note prices do not include the 18% sales tax. Sales Tax (IGV) on lodging is applicable only to Peruvians and foreign nationals spending more than 60 consecutive days in Peru. To avoid this tax, foreign nationals and Peruvians who live abroad must present their Customs stamped Andean Immigration Card (TAM) and their Customs stamped original passport upon check in. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
