The owner of the property allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment and then we went out for lunch while they finished cleaning. We had a very comfortable stay. The owner was very attentive to her needs and she called us a cab when we needed to leave to go to the train station.

"Location was great to see the majority of sites in Madrid."

It was in a good location near the Gran Via! It was perfect having two bathrooms as we were two couples travelling together. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Nice to have some complimentary coffee, tea, oil and some seasonings!

2nd bedroom didn’t have an outside window, but did have a window looking into internal vestibule! Was a bit apprehensive going into the apartment. Front door was in poor condition and hallway wasn’t cleaned well. Was happy to enter a clean apartment.
