⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Außergewöhnlich – ein echtes Juwel auf Sansibar! Das Infinity Beach Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen und gehört ohne Zweifel zu den besten Hotels, die wir auf unseren vielen Reisen weltweit erleben durften. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Die Managerin Lani empfing uns herzlich und sorgte dafür, dass unser Aufenthalt von Anfang an perfekt verlief. Auch die Inhaberin Maggie, die dem Hotel eine ganz persönliche und warme Atmosphäre verleiht, nimmt sich Zeit für ihre Gäste, ist immer für einen netten Plausch zu haben und begegnet jedem mit einer Herzlichkeit, die heutzutage alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das gesamte Team. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit des Servicepersonals waren schlichtweg herausragend. Jeder Einzelne begegnete uns stets mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln, großer Hilfsbereitschaft und dem spürbaren Wunsch, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und ist uns nachhaltig in Erinnerung geblieben. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist wunderbar ruhig und entspannt – perfekt, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls noch das hervorragende Essen, auf das wir uns jeden Morgen, Mittag und Abend gefreut haben 😋 Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und stets makellos sauber. Im gesamten Hotel erkennt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles gestaltet wurde. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die angebotenen Massagen - In entspannter Atmosphäre, begleitet vom sanften Rauschen der Wellen im Hintergrund. Wir haben sechs traumhafte Tage im Infinity Beach Hotel verbracht und jede einzelne Minute genossen. Für uns ist das Infinity Beach Hotel ein echtes Juwel auf Sansibar und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. This place is special! We were on honeymoon and wanted a really special place, and we definitely found it here!! The facilities are amazing, everything is beautiful, charming and clean. The food is amazing, both the breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. The rooms are spacious, very very beautiful, comfortable and super clean! The balcony is bigger than it looks on the pictures, and it’s really nice and with a nice view to the ocean. The staff is incredible and the owner is very very gentle and made us feel really special! We had other hotel experiences in Zanzibar and this hotel was the best!!!!! I highly recommend! Everything was perfect, we’ll be here again when visiting Zanzibar for sure! Thank you for all the staff! <3

This hotel is exceptional, for the price it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The hotel creates an atmosphere which makes you feel relaxed, from the comfortable rooms without distracting TVs and the sand and coconut palms right outside your veranda, you soon unwind and enjoy the Indian ocean a few metres from the hotel. You can walk around all day bare foot, including the restaurant and follow the sand directly to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and modern with some nice local craft touches. The restaurant is very good, the menu is varied and it is priced well, we didn't get bored of it after 6 nights. It is by far the best restaurant in the area and you will more than likely eat most of your meals here. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff, they are fantastic, they are personal, friendly, and professional always with a lovely smile on their faces. Honestly the best hotel staff I have experienced anyway in the world across hundreds of hotels. It is clear the owner Maggie really cares about this hotel and her attention to detail is exceptional. Special mention goes to the waiter Boniface who is such a lovely guy and Lani the hotel manager, it sounds cliché, but you really feel like you arrive as a stranger and leave as a friend with her.

The hotel is fabulous but if I could make the following suggestions for improvements, it would be to include a granola/yogurt option at breakfast and to get a pool vacuum to remove some of the sand and debris from the bottom of the pool daily which is caused by the wind and people's feet. A small gym would also be nice addition.
