Place is dirty and falling apart

Aircon not working, Fans not working, outside light not working, Kettle not working and dirty, Towels short. Place full of spiders . Couch not comfortable. Very poorly maintained.

Gate Staff friendly. 4 minutes away from warmbaths resort

It was very dirty, the bathroom smelt very bad and mold on the walls. Walls and curtains were so dirty. The couch was in very bad shape. Very dirty. Not clean. There's was so much dust in the attic. Also hole in the roof. Also towels were sketchy

The apartment wasn't clean when we got there, we had to wait until past 1 o'clock for them to clean when check in was supposed to be at 10am. The furniture is old and broken (couch was dirty and broken), the bathroom is extremely filthy and had a horrible smell. The kitchen had cockroaches and cutlery was not clean. Outside light was not working. Braai stand was dirty and coal from previous guests were still there. Carpets were not clean. Basically nothing was clean and well kept. Nothing like pictures on the site!!!

So close to the shops and just a walk distance to the resort. The owner is so friendly, he even told us to take our time before checking out today because we checked in very late on Friday. He always responded when ever we needed something. He took an extra mile to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.

Only if he can get new couches, they are so old and uncomfortable. The upstairs bathroom is needed even if it's just a toilet. Walking up and down the stairs throughout the night to go to the toilet is not on. Otherwise it is a good place. We will definately stay there next time.
