"Normal apartment with bad host"

Location is good

When we arrived host wasn’t there. When we got keys we realized that it’s not the apartment we booked. No one told us about that change. When we asked about thar first he lied that dishwasher is leaking and when we told that we see that someone lives there he told that it’s not available. Especially shitty was booking.com support that didn’t respond to our claims and all what we could do just stay there or pay for another apartment. After that they didn’t return money because we stayed there))
