I like the view from my terrace, I saw mount Agung. The facilities are normal, lobby has the best wifi, I was the only one stay at that moment.

Wifi in the room wqs very bad, so that's why for work I need to go down to lobby to work there. Also AC in my room was very weak, was not cold, just chill even I've set it on 16.

Not clean, no hot water, sketchy internet, no parking

My family and I liked it a lot! There was good service and friendly staff. Especially staffmember Gusti!! Without him it wouldn't be so great. He was the best!

There was no view to the mountains as promised...

The staff were amazing, I went for 5 days and stayed almost a month because they made it so comfortable to be there. The rooms are cleaned every day usually by Gusti, and you never have to ask for anything, Gusti is always on hand to ask if you need anything and if Gusti is off there will be someone else to ask. The girls February and Fulya in the spa are so friendly also, so if you want to know anything, about shopping, where to go, or just have a chat, or of course have an amazing massage, facial, or foot therapy, head over to the spa. Kadek always has a smile and good morning for you as she cleans and takes care of outside and will help you if there is anything you need. If at first you are not sure who to ask for what you need, especially if you check in at night or any time you are not sure, you will soon find out that the WhatsApp number is exactly like a front desk in your pocket. Whatever you need, just a quick thought, a question, (doesn't have to be about the property), whatever, just WhatsApp and you will get a response. I had a wonderful conversation with Rai and learned many things about Bali, as I did from everyone else also. Dayu I only met you once but the conversation was delightful. And of course I cannot forget the young man who worked when Gusti was off. You were a little shy so I didn't get your name but you are much appreciated and looked after me also, so thank you. The property is clean and calm, each room has its own balcony, fantastic shower, and good air con. The pool is small and peaceful (perfect for a few people but no big crowds) and there is a nice communal indoor/outdoor lounge to meet and hang out with other guests, and a nice large table to have dinner at or to work. My final words is to thank each and every one of you for making my time in Ubud so lovely. I will be back, please god, so until then, Suksma saking manah sane tulus . Regina❤️
