Mammoth Rock Retreat Villa-Sleeps 4

The location was great. Not far at all to Sedona trails, restaurants and highlights. The property was super clean and check in and check out was seamless. The neighborhood of the property was lovely.

Was disappointed that there was no outdoor space to enjoy the spectacular Sedona scenery. There was a tiny deck with chairs that overlooked the neighbor's yard making it an awkward place to really enjoy. For the price of this property, the bathroom needs an update as do the pretty beat up towels, and there were no hangers to hang clothing. Wish there was some tips from the local owner on good restaurants to check out.

This place was amazing! Just what we were looking for. Wake up with a beautiful view and fully stocked with everything that you may need. The owner was wonderful and available for anything that we may have needed. Check-in was easy.

I can't complain about anything

This property was more than we expected. The photos somewhat do it justice. There is an amazing view outside of the three large windows that fill the room with sunlight each day. The room itself is part of a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and their homes were beautiful to pass by each day. The room is part of the home and yet feels separate and intimate so you have your own privacy from the other guest areas. The room and exterior of the home is very clean, well taken care of, high quality, well built, and beautiful. The room has ample space and is equipped with anything you could need from kitchen utensils to cookware. They've provided electric burners to make your own food. There is a full size fridge, cabinets with dishes and knives, coffee makers, toasters, food processors, I mean anything you could ever need! The living area has a large table to eat at, there is a sectional sofa that is cozy to rest on and work or watch the TV that is a nice size. There's also a desk to sit at to work. The bed was very comfy and large. There is a large modern fan in the room that keeps it cool along with an A/C. The bathroom was very clean, the plumbing fixtures are high quality and the shower was really clean with good water pressure. Most of the towels were new which was nice, and the ones that weren't were clean. The host even went above and beyond and bought some dumbbells for the room since I asked if he had any for workouts. The overall stay in this location was quiet, enjoyable, and there were no problems with parking. The location is perfect, so close to all the hiking and to Sedona's shopping areas. The host was very accommodating and helped us with ideas for hiking, local attractions and resorts. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already planning to come back and would love to stay here again.

We loved the high ceilings, big windows, and spacious feel. This was the best equipped rental we have ever visited; three different types of coffee makers😍 Great location, close to everything without being in the middle of all the crowds.

Beautiful property! We had an amazing stay. Jason was incredibly communicative and gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and dining. The rental was spotless, well-stocked, and so comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to the main area and within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
