Cozy Townhouse on the main bus line

Location

Major heating challenges on a cold night. 3 of the beds are in the finished basement. The area has inconsistent heating; throughout the night the heat went from 75 to 50 degrees without being touched. My friends were either freezing (it was 25 degrees outside) or overheating. The owner said that the heating is connected to the lights so we should keep the lights on (while sleeping); he then offered the space heater in the storage area. Not suggested for cold weather renting. There was a bad smell from carpeting (especially on main floor) and carpet is stained and damaged in a few spots. Beds were not very comfortable. Place was clean other than the carpet.

Property is clean, convenient with all required things for a family. Perfect for a family stay

There is none. But I feel price is more for a day stay. Also if it is possible to have the stay for 3 families it would be great.

Location was good, relatively comfortable, and overall in good condition.

Needed a couple repairs and beds needed nightstands.

Cleanliness, parking, and spacious apartment.

Great location shuttle had a couple options Host was quick to respond to my questions. Very accommodating and good to work with.
