Modern Comfy Stay next to the River

The room was quite clean and big. Convenient location, close to shops, public transport stops. The owner was very kind.

The oven started smoking when we tried to use it.

The location was nice good surroundings easy to get to the city.

The main issue was the dirty room, there was mold on the ceiling that was quite extensive, blood and odd stains on the mattress topper and pillows and blankets, blood on the string to open and close the shutters. Calling the owners on arrival as they requested lead to no answer (2 calls), once finding the mold and calling them 6-8 times over 3 days lead to bo answer after a couple more calls it lead to the assistant answer via WhatsApp. We told them about the circumstances and the mold that covered the ceiling and they offered this: carpet cleaner for the mattress, to have the mold issue fixed, clean towels and bedding changed due to our longer stay (2 weeks). They then backed out and said they could only do the towels and the mold which we accepted. After about two days we seen the mild coke back as they only wiped it away and another day later it covered the ceiling in a green mold, I contacted the assistant again with photos to get ghosted. The door was stiff had to ask another occupant how the door worked they just turned the key and it opened, we had to pull the door quite hard and turn the key and push to open. The air conditioner was “wall cooling” which did not function, I asked the assistant and they said it was most likely due to the extreme heat and that it was working as intended, it was 30 degrees Celsius inside the apartment.

This property is a really new so the interior is really modern and nice. The location surprised us because even though we weren’t in the center everything was nearby. There is even a beach. It’s a really new part of Budapest and we loved to be here. 😊👍🏻❤️

So nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Very good location, grocery shop near to the apartment and great connection with the rest of the city. If you want to see Budapest and rest, definitely choose this place.

New apartment, well located and connected. Supermarket, restaurant and coffee place around the corner. Folder with recommendations waiting for you on top of the table.

Check in just available after 4pm. No option to leave the luggage before (even when the check out is at 11am). The sheets and towels look and smell clean, the place itself has quite a lot of dust (specially the floor - clearly it was not cleaned prior to the arrival (photos attached). Bathroom and kitchen look clean. No noise from the street, however, you can hear everything on the hallway (doors opening and closing, steps and the elevator “ding”)

The location was a beautiful short walk to Dürer-Kert where our weekend event was. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The AC did not work and the host was not even slightly helpful. I was told we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning, but it wasn’t even clean. The picture of the room shows the tv and its marks. The lobby picture shows what both elevators looked like. The fire alarm also went off at 6am Monday and was going off at one point Friday while we were on the complex so I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence or if they’re faulty.
