"Great stay but unprofessional staff"

Very suspicious staying there, bigger room, good facilities. There’s equipment for light cooking, good location can just walk to shaftsbury, a bit far but worth it.

Booked different units but staff tells that the other guest want to extend and accept without our notice, should have inform the guest that there a awaiting guest for that units and the staff told us to go different unit, really disappointed, if we dont want change unit, they want to refund immediately even it’s not our fault
