If you like quiet places. This is perfect. But 20 minutes by bus to the center. The shared kitchen is well equipped. You can prepare a full meal there. Extra towel (one). Electric bidet in two toilets. If you want to save a few pounds and choose this place, be prepared in thermal clothing (autumn - spring) ;)
Spring mattress, if someone doesn't like it, it can be annoying. The radiator turns off in the middle of the night, which means that on colder days (which we were on) you can get very cold in the room. Small bed only for one person. If the radiator wasn't broken, the rating would be slightly better.
