Best place I have stopped in for a long time and I work away a lot. Everything you need in the annex just superb Lovely pub across the road with great food and 10 min walk to Sittingbourne.Just a shame I was only there for one night would stay there again!

The space , basically a garage converted into a one bed flat and tastefully done i might add with alot of natural light coming in..
My only issue is thinking on a female perspective that the toilet/shower room area could do with having a blind in even though it has an obscure window it will still give out a silhouette, ok for your peeping Tom or naturist but not for your privates

This place has the wow factor. Communication from the host was excellent, they allowed us to have an early check in for a small charge, which was appreciated. It's spotlessly clean & very well equipped. If you need a base for the area, you can't go wrong with this.
There is nothing about it to not like, genuinely has been so well though out, doesn't disappoint.

It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything I needed. The bed was a double and very comfortable with quality bedding.
It was a little difficult to get in and out of the driveway particularly because there was roadworks. I could hear the owners daughter fairly early in the morning.

Excellent stay thank you. I booked two nights (booked them separately as I initially thought we only needed one, whoops!) Owner was very helpful, good communication if I had any questions. The annex was lonely and clean with heat facilities, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfy!!
