The location was great

All of the unspoken fees that myself and guest incurred. A supposed to be jacuzzi that was not hot but then told I would need to pay to heat a jacuzzi. Will not stay at this location again

Los encargados nunca respondían en tiempo y forma (adjunto fotos de las demoras en responder). Luego NO contraten servicios extras, porque contratamos calentador de piscina y nunca calentó (y no se hicieron cargo de esa falla). Además, es una casa amueblada con equipamiento y mobiliario antiguo. Finalmente hacia frío y el aire acondicionado para calentar no funcionaba y cuando les pedí que lo arreglaran nunca se acercaron. La justificación siempre la misma "disculpas no lo leímos". Y finalmente, cuidado porque muchas de las fotos publicadas son del Club house, no de la casa. Eso es engañoso. La verdad no recomiendo su alquiler. Hay opciones más baratas y mejores.

The location was extremely good to Disney World. And close to interstate. For the ride there and home.

lf there was more access for handicap customers. Other than that the stay was amazing. Like shower with maybe a chair and arm rails. But we made do with what we had.

Master bedroom on the first floor was too hot. Felt like there was no AC there. Good thing there was a spare electric stand fan that we used aside from the ceiling fan.
