The Annex, Isai Ambalam guest house

The place was very different and unique. I really loved the vibe over there, it was calm peaceful and very close to nature. The host was very friendly and helpful. He guided us with the routes and nearby locations to visit.

It was a great stay. I really enjoyed the place.

I will not never forget isai ambalam. Even I got only one day to stay,it was such a homely feeling. First thing i think about auroville, it's isai ambalam that comes in my mind. Im happy that I found a wonderful place to stay in auroville.

I liked the lady staff who was looking after the guest house in the morning and the shared kitchen which was helpful for my medical issues.

I did not like the idea that paying for a deluxe double room and getting a single occupancy room instead. Rooms were available but still I was given this room. After repeated requests for changing Mr.Vineet that was his name if I am not wrong- he took the whole thing very sarcastically and blamed Booking.com. He said that it was Booking.com 's fault so that I check out with them and solve my issues. This happened with me for the first time - I am a very old customer of Booking.com. I would really appreciate if you'll look into the matter seriously.
