Warwick Hills Rural Bed & Breakfast

The view was breathtaking. Very clean.

The bed was too soft for me. The winding road, then onto the metal road. It was worth the drive, though.

The breakfast was delicious and filling with many options of food and drink. An excellent way to start the day, and the view from the breakfast table was simply wonderful.

I had a lovely stay at Warwick Hills Rural Bed & Breakfast. The bed was super comfy, and the cozy room opened out to a deck with breathtaking views. The generous breakfast was a real treat, and the directions to the B&B were clear and easy to follow. Although it’s a bit of a drive to get to the top of the hill, that’s exactly what gives you those amazing views—well worth it!

One thing missing was a hair dryer.

Lovely location , great view. Excellent breakfast, good bathroom facilities.

Our room was very cold and the television wasn't working, possibly because of high winds. However our host did not seem very concerned and promptly went back to watching his own.

Hosts friendly but not intrusive, very generous continental breakfast, great views, lovely property, easy parking. I'd stay again despite the location a little way inland from Papamoa, a few Kms behind Papamoa Hill.
