Warwick Hills Rural Bed & Breakfast

The pictures don’t do this place justice!! It is a bit off the beaten path but it is so worth it!! John and Sharron are lovely hosts and the breakfast is amazing, they grow their own avocados and everything is so fresh, views are incredible, room has all you need and is comfy and clean! 10/10!!

Warwick hills Bit of a windy road up from Papamoa and then the driveway- is pretty hairy but once you get here, it’s divine. No Fridge in the room, but John offered his Fridge if we wanted to keep anything cold. No aircon but there was an adequate fan. Room was big and comfy with a stunning view. Nice strong hot shower (limit 7 mins). Breakfast- great variety from cereals, fruit juice, fruit, prunes, yoghurt toast with lots of toppings, hard boiled eggs, avocado bananas etc all eaten with a beautiful view of the valley.

Internet not always good, especially apparently when kids are home from school. We could not access it at all 😩 had to use personal data roaming $. No milk in the room, but John said he would bring some but it would have gone off- why not have a little Longlife milk? No privacy between the bedroom and bathroom - not good if you get up in the night and sleep au naturelle 😮ok there were gowns provided. No doona cover on the bed 🤷‍♀️

Spoil yourself with relaxing stay in beautiful location and then start the day well after a generous breakfast. Hospitable owners ensure comfort and are around if company/help needed.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, with an amazing view. The hosts were friendly and recommended local walks.

A door between the hall and the bathroom would add to the privacy.

John and Sharron were excellent hosts. Loved chatting to them and for their very helpful advice. Lovely breakfast and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
