The dishwasher didn't work and didn't get repaired during the stay. We were short towels when we arrived. I requested some. Received towels, but not exactly what was requested. The hotel where you check in isn't responsible for supplies or any other requests. They need to be made by phone or via email to the property owner who, it ended up being out of the area. It was difficult getting prompt replies from property owner. The pool area in the hotel related to the apartment was very nice. The walk to the beach is manageable.

Property was nice, good location. Room was very basic. You get better amenities in a typical hotel room. Comfortable bed. Room always felt humid. Had an issue with the tv, we weren’t able to watch anything because the only service hooked up was Roku, but there was no Roku remote in the room. After calling and texting the host several times back and forth, and 2 visits from a technician we were provided a Roku remote. Chairs on the beach were all so close together, everyone is on top of each other. Have to pay for umbrella which is a rip off. Not sure what the $40/day extra resort fee actually gets you. The rooftop pool is nice but very crowded. The rooftop bar/restaurant is fun but very expensive. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The check in process was smooth! The property is lovely. I’ve always stayed at the Costa Resort but only through the resort not the apartment side! So I knew of the parking fees etc. The extra fees the apartment side tells you after you’ve book is overwhelming. I think that is something they should disclose during that process so that you know if you’re getting the better situation! The room was nice , however I did have to clean the bathroom because the toilet was dirty and had visible hair and stains which I’m sure was the cleaners fault and when I went to find them to clean it they were rude so I cleaned it myself which delayed my birthday plans and it was my actual birthday! I also had to clean the shower and not like the normal wipe down you’d do to disinfect! It had hair and stuff in it and was not cleaned properly. I’m sure the owners wouldn’t allow that!! I also cleaned the hotel myself before I left because I don’t like to leave messes when I go anywhere !

I really enjoyed our stay. Having our own kitchen was very important to us with some dietary restrictions. A minute from the beach and great boardwalk. Access to the roof pool. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful view. Loved the 2 twin beds for the kids! Roof top pool was outstanding. Hope to stay again next year!

The kitchen light did not work. The shades were dirty and had a hole in them. The bathroom door handle kept coming off. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There was bleach spilled on the floor when we walked in in the bathroom.

Lovely apartment. Beautiful view. Comfortable. Amazing location. Wonderful building. Awesome pool with bar/restaurant with delicious food served quickly.

The location was great. Having access to the gym and also the sunset club was great.

Room was small and not clean. Broken shower door and key barely worked for elevator. Also, when booking i didn't find out till after the fact the extra added fees of paying a registration fee, the gym fee, the pool fee. Was very disappointed.
