Location is excellent, pool area is great, the beach is right there, a lot of things to do around, great for couples and families, quite. My apartment has a wonderful view. The hotel staff was friendly and the valet staff as well. I was in a private unit, so don’t expect housekeeping services or extra towels or bedding changes. Kitchen was well equipped,Yes they will charge for the valet but it’s an option, and they will charge you a reasonable resort fee. Gym was a plus to us. I wished my unit was more clean, furniture looked overused, floor had some visible scratches and walls need to paint. But unit was spacious and we had a great time.

Great location. Comfy bed. Roof top was relaxing and had a beautiful view.

Paid for a room with balcony and it did not have a balcony. Bathroom needed to be flushed again as it wasn't clean. Extras resort and valet fees were lame. Ice machine was still out of order on the 2nd floor.

"Stay was great if you ignore the bad maintenance ."

great location, the roof top swimming pool is wonderful, sunset bar is great , clean outdoors, helpful staff.

very bad maintenance, ice machine is not working on the second floor, second elevator at the east lobby is not working for guests, elevator down button 2fl is not working, broken soap dispenser in the bathroom by the pool, not working portable shower by the hot tub, and many more little damages all around the buildings, dirty carpets in the hallways inside.

The valet was very convenient and the unit was clean with a nice partial ocean view the only downside was the shade for the sliding door was half damaged and scuff marks on the walls otherwise a good vacation experience.
