"Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location, but a few facility arrangements could be improved"

The location is very convenient and excellent. It is within walking distance to Lost World of Tambun, which made our trip very easy and enjoyable.

The access card was not very sensitive, and we had to tap it several times before the lift could be used, which was quite inconvenient. Another inconvenience was the game room arrangement. To play pool, we had to go all the way down to the guardhouse to register our name and collect the pool balls, then bring them up to Level 5. After playing, we had to return everything back to the guardhouse again, which was quite far and troublesome. It would be much more convenient if the pool balls were kept on Level 5 and managed by the guard there.

Too many set rules, checking in wasn't the most straightforward process. Could simplify the process to reduce the stress.
