Seaview 3 bedrooms in Balluta Beach

I have seen previous negative reviews and unfortunately I have to agree with them. I have no problem with old furniture as long as it is functional. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the beds, one of which was almost broken, and very uncomfortable. Shower doors with mold, flashing lights that had not been replaced, windows that could not be closed/locked either in the room or on the terrace. The coffee maker was completely covered in mold and mildew from the inside, I don't know how we would have ended up making coffee in it. You were warned several times when and how to throw out the trash in which bags, otherwise you risk a fine. However, there was only one bag for organic waste in the bin, and only two bags for recycled waste, so you have to buy them. That should be ensured. During our stay we played music once during the day and immediately received a message from the host that there were complaints, I would understand if it was at night because of the night's peace, that is quite restrictive when you are a group of people who came on vacation. Also, the printed notices on the door, where if you break the rules, the police will deal with it, are not very pleasant. We are mature, decent people who came to relax on vacation, not to cause problems. It is a shame because the apartment is very well located and spacious, but it needs to be invested in, maintained, or not rented to groups

Great location but everything else poor.

The apartment was filthy on arrival - dust, grease, fingerprints, ants in the kitchen, hair in the fridge and even nails left on the floor. It also smelled unpleasant. Essentials like toilet paper and towels were missing. We were told to wait for wet towels from the dryer and only received replacements around midnight, which were poor quality and shed everywhere. We had to clean the place ourselves and buy basic supplies. Communication with the host was slow and dismissive. Definitely not as advertised and one of the worst stays I’ve had on Booking.

Great location, very nice view

Had a wonderful 1-night stay at this beautiful apartment in Sliema. The view of Balluta Bay was stunning, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very old / broken furniture, very uncomfortable beds, smelly and poorly cleaned overall. Okay location, but it’s facing a main road, so the traffic noise is heavy.

Good location, great view from living room patio window.

Bathrooms were both awful. I did wonder why they did not have any photos of the bathrooms on the bookings website and it was obvious when we saw them. Toilet seats cheap plastic and poorly fitted, shower in the ensuite did not drain well at all but a very helpful plunger was provided to clear blockages! Grouting and sealant in poor state in both bathrooms. The beds are very hard, the one in the main bedroom had a broken bed frame propped up by a piece of wood. All the pillows were old, cheap and lumpy. The bedding was of poor quality. No instructions for how to use any of the appliances or the TV. TV remote did not have batteries. The lights in the apartment are plentiful but how to switch them on and off was a complete mystery. The patio doors are sliding doors with no working locking mechanism. If it wasn't so high up, 5th floor, I would have been very concerned. The apartment has no sound insulation, nor do any of the others in the block. You can hear the people above moving around all of the time and it was especially unnerving hearing that at night

Large, clean and confortable flat. With a wonderfull view to the sea and well located.

Seaview, space, location

The location was excellent and the view was spectacular!!! Ample space for a group of 8. Host was always there as needed always picked up his phone and helped us out. All in all highly recommend this place.
