VOUK Hotel and Suites Nusa Dua Bali

The room qas well equipped, quiet with big bed. We liked the pool. The hotel is a bit far from everything but they offee a shuttle to the beach and some shopping area. There is a mini market next to the hotel where you can by snacks and beverages. The breakfast offers a great variety.

The bar under the reception is very bad, basic but expensive and we had to wait a lot. The indián restaurant is good. The waterfall in the pool can be noisy. The room had a bad smell.

Vouk was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms were neat and clean and had all the amenities you needed - iron, cotton robes, slippers, hair dryers, bathroom necessities, etc. Staff was so friendly and lovely. Breakfast was yummy and presented well. In room menu was great. They had so many different activity areas - swimming pool, bar, kids rooms, karaoke, spa. Its great for someone who is going for a short stay because you wont have to leave the hotel. Its also great for someone who wants to host a budget friendly location wedding/occasional party as they have conference/ball room and private party areas. And its near Bali Collection where u can go shopping, and nearby Balicopter tours and paragliding venues, so you dont have to spend hours in a car. There is a shuttle that also takes you to the Geger beach. We also ate at the Indian restaurant at the hotel - authentic taste and great atmosphere.

this isn't a down point - just a tip - I would suggest taking your own hair shampoo and conditioner as the Bali weather dries your hair out, and the hotel shampoo doesn't soften your hair as much.

Room was spacious. Pool was gorgeous. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional.

Nothing!!

It was filthy, stunk of sewerage, linen was dirty with stains and hair. The toilet overflowed twice, plumber had to be called, phones in the room didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, sewerage smells from the bathroom, very old and outdated, website lists as a 5 star, more a 1 star. Pictures on booking.com are not true.

Very clean and nice Hotel. The customer service is outstanding. Breakfast is amazing .... strongly recommend and definitely i will stay again in VOUK
