The staff that we saw were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were big and spacious.

It was very empty, not many guests or staff. The facilities do not feel 5 star nor do the rooms that are run down and bathroom had rust and mould. Not family friendly. They also have an issue with monkeys in the area so we did not feel safe using the balconies.

The Balinese massage at the spa was a highlight, providing a deeply relaxing experience that left us feeling refreshed and cared for. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Vouk Hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Geger Beach and Bali Collection. Geger Beach is just a short ride away and is a perfect spot for relaxation, with its clean sands and peaceful atmosphere, far from the usual tourist crowds. Overall, the combination of attentive service, excellent facilities, and a family-oriented location makes Vouk Hotel an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Bali. We highly recommend it for a memorable and delightful stay.
