The pillows were the only thing that wasn't horrible about this place

I've traveled around the world this isn't only the worst booking in Italy but in all of Europe it sucks ass to have to drive for 15 minutes to get keys to the apartment there wasn't soap or toilet paper there and the worst part was that there was no warm water and no fire extinguisher of any kind frozen drinks in the freezer absolutely disgusting it should be debatable that this booking is allowed to host anything as a living area or not

It had insects, no soap, shower gel, shampoo. They had cut a blanket for towels. They took €20 from my card for a photocopy and they continue to this day to try to take money from the card with the excuse that I didn't leave the keys which of course is not true. You should if you can't avoid it because it's cheap, be very careful

Location itself was pretty good for anyone who wants to be “close” to the airport-walkable distance

Having to go to the center of Bologna to collect the key and waiting until 4:30pm. It is ridiculous having to cross a whole city to get a key for the apartment.

It’s really so bad , they have bad Communication i stay 1 nights with no light no buddy come to fixet naver come back it’s nasty

Warm water and soft bed were the only two pozitive things.

Dirty kitchen, drty sheets, drty wall, drty windovs. No kitchen facilites , no trash can in the bathroom, no lamps at the bed. So many things were missing. They sent us abot 10 emails what we have to do or what we shouden't. But when we needed help to start cooker there was no help. The employee who came to pik up the keey wasn't very nice.

Hi, first of all, there are hidden prices, rude staff, no contact phone. I payed double at the end, then listed price, 107.60 e instead of 51(plus the stuff I needed to buy as were missing in the room), the room was outrages dirty , nothing in the room like soap or anything clean, proper towels, including sheets on the bad looked like used by someone else before, as was hair all over. I arrived to collect the key in different location, really time consuming and because I arrived at 19.00(they give you only 2.30 to check in) and was someone else was there arguing with them (other unhappy customer probably) , they told me to wait in the que and at 19.10 they charged me extra 20 e for 10 min , as I was late , which I wasn't , just waiting. We asked in Italian (they don't know any English) how we can make the check out and they said to leave key in the room and leave and again next day extra 20 e were charged from my account. Why ? Also they charged me for cleaning for a room that has even spiderwebs on the walls, that means wasn't clean for a while, very dirty. I complained and asked the money back as I haven't received any good services and no answer back , or at least any refund and no answer, just sending invoice and "Thank you for choosing us", completely ignoring everything I said. I would like completely refund or to be compensated for my distress using this location, as they cant charge me so much for something that they didn't delivered at all . 4 starts hotel could have been even cheaper and defo different services. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We stayed here for five nights in the winter and had cold water for most of the stay. The owner completely ignored my messages asking for for hot water (pictures below) When you arrive to pick up the keys you are at a different address to the accommodation. And our hotel was not at the same address the booking gave. The gas stove pictured is not working as they don’t use gas, so they give you a very old electric cooktop to use. If they had hot water, responded to messages then the apartment would be nice and this review would be much better. We even contacted booking.com to help restore the hot water and they contacted us saying the property would not answer their calls.
